3. Products
We offer apparel, accessories, home decor, and other products manufactured using a print-on-demand process.
Our products are generally produced only after an order has been placed (“Made to Order”).
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Due to differences in screens, materials, printing processes, and manufacturing, minor variations in color, positioning, size, or appearance may occur.
Such minor variations do not affect any statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
The presentation of products on our website does not necessarily constitute a legally binding offer.
By placing an order, you submit an order for the selected products.
The exact point at which a legally binding contract is formed may depend on the checkout and payment process used and applicable law.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation containing information about your order.

Our products are made to order and are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partners.

Orders shipped to customers in the United States are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment location in Texas, USA.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 business days after production.
🇪🇺 European Union
Orders shipped to customers within the European Union are fulfilled and shipped from Germany.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and will be displayed or estimated during the ordering process where available.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
Orders shipped to customers in the United Kingdom are fulfilled and shipped from Germany.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and any applicable customs procedures.

Orders shipped to customers in Switzerland are fulfilled and shipped from Germany.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Rights
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights vary depending on the customer's country or region.

As our products are made to order, we generally do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
🇪🇺 European Union
Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Certain goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
The fact that a product is produced only after an order is placed (“Made to Order” or print on demand) does not by itself necessarily exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, the customer generally bears the direct cost of returning the goods if properly informed in advance.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
Consumers in the United Kingdom generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period for eligible online purchases.
For goods, the cancellation period generally begins on the day after the consumer, or a person nominated by the consumer, receives the goods.
After notifying us of the cancellation, the goods generally need to be returned within a further 14 days.
Certain goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right.
The fact that a product is produced only after an order is placed (“Made to Order” or print on demand) does not by itself necessarily exclude the statutory cancellation right.
🇨🇭 Switzerland
For orders shipped to Switzerland, there is generally no statutory right to return or cancel an ordinary online purchase simply because the customer has changed their mind.
As our products are made to order, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges due to a change of mind for orders shipped to Switzerland.
This does not affect mandatory legal rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
8. Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For eligible statutory withdrawals or cancellations in the European Union or United Kingdom, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law, including the reimbursement of applicable standard outbound delivery costs where required.
Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us generally do not have to be refunded.
We may withhold a refund for returned goods where permitted by applicable law until we have received the goods or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Voluntary order cancellations are therefore only possible for a limited period before production begins.
Once production has started, voluntary cancellation may no longer be possible.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to consumers under applicable law, including applicable rights in the European Union and United Kingdom.
11. Ownership of Goods
Where permitted by applicable law, goods remain the property of Cool Cats Corner until full payment has been received.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including our original designs, graphics, logos, text, images, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Cool Cats Corner and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
