General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the Cool Cats Corner online shop.

3. Subject of the contract

Through our shop we offer textiles, accessories and decorative items using the print-on-demand method.

4. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding order. The purchase agreement is concluded upon our order confirmation via email.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in euros and do not include VAT in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation).
Payment methods: PayPal, credit card, Klarna.

6. Delivery and shipping conditions

Delivery is handled by DHL to the following countries: Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Delivery times:

Germany: up to 7 working days

Austria and Switzerland: up to 14 working days

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Custom-made or personalized goods are excluded (see cancellation policy).

8. Return shipping costs

In the event of a cancellation, the customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.

9. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Cool Cats Corner until full payment has been received.

10. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
