These Shipping Terms apply to orders placed through Cool Cats Corner. Our products are manufactured using a print-on-demand process and are generally produced only after an order has been placed (“Made to Order”).
The production and shipping location depends on the applicable delivery destination.

Orders with a delivery address in the United States are produced in Texas, USA, and shipped from there.
Orders with a delivery address within the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland are produced in Germany and shipped from Germany.
2. United States (USA)
Production and Shipping
Orders with a delivery address in the United States are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner located in Texas, USA.

Orders with a delivery address within the European Union are produced in Germany and shipped from Germany.

Orders with a delivery address in the United Kingdom are produced in Germany and shipped from Germany.

As this is a cross-border shipment, customs or import formalities may apply and may result in additional delivery time.

Orders with a delivery address in Switzerland are produced in Germany and shipped from Germany.

Customs duties, import taxes, or other statutory charges may apply when goods are imported into Switzerland.

6. Production and Processing
Our products are made to order.
Order processing generally begins after successful payment or payment authorization.
As our products are manufactured using a print-on-demand process, production and processing time may apply before an order is shipped.
Where production and processing times apply in addition to the stated delivery time, the relevant information will be displayed in our store or during the ordering process.
7. Delivery Times and Possible Delays
All stated delivery times are estimates unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed.
Actual delivery times may be affected by circumstances including:

Any mandatory statutory rights regarding delayed deliveries remain unaffected.
8. Shipping Carriers
Orders within the United States are generally shipped via UPS.
Orders within the European Union and orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Switzerland are generally shipped via DHL.
Where necessary, another suitable shipping carrier may be used depending on the destination, availability, or logistical requirements.
Local pickup is not available.
9. Order Tracking
Tracking is provided for the shipping methods offered.
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive the available tracking information by email.
The tracking number can be used to check the current shipping status with the applicable carrier.
10. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
We cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed once an order has already been processed, produced, or shipped.
11. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, failure to collect the package, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, and the package is returned, the customer may be charged the reasonable cost of reshipping the order where permitted by applicable law.
Any mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
