1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the Cool Cats Corner online shop.

3. Subject of the Contract

Through our shop, we offer textiles, accessories, and decorative items using a print-on-demand process.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded with our order confirmation via email.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in euros and include the statutory sales tax, if applicable. Any shipping costs incurred will be shown separately during the ordering process.

The following payment methods are available: PayPal, credit card, Klarna.

6. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

Delivery is made by DHL to the following countries: Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Delivery times:

Germany: up to 7 working days

Austria and Switzerland: up to 14 working days

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Excluded are custom-made or personalized goods (see withdrawal policy).

8. Return Costs

In the event of a withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of the return.

9. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of Cool Cats Corner until full payment.

10. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
